After the discussion, you may fill out the Google Form with your requests precisely.

By precisely, we appreciate it if our clients could explain their desired outcome from the design, what do you want, and what do you expect.
Example: "I want the design to have a dreamy vibe, I think a gradient background would be great." / "Aku mau desainnya terkesan elegan, mungkin perbanyak font bersambung! Oh iya, aku juga prefer warnanya untuk tidak terlalu kusam."

We’ll review your submission shortly, then come back with the final brief before we seal the deal.

We have the right to decline your form or request if:
➊ You do not provide enough direction for us
➋ The concept or style is not feasible with our skill

We’ll adjust the working time to meet the deadline. You may refer to this table for estimated time:
➊ 1-5 items = 5-7 days
➋ 6-10 items = 8-10 days
➌ More than 10 items = 12-17 days

For better results, it is suggested to finalise the deal 5-7 days before the first due date.

Rush commissions are only available within 3 days with an additional fee. Please always ask to confirm via DM.
Example: You need the design on 17th, then, please DM us on 14th.

Our working hours are 08:00-18:00 GMT+7, and we won’t progress during the weekend. We appreciate it if you do not set deadlines on weekends.

For package commission, please set 2-3 days between item.
Example: The first item deadline is on 16th, the second item deadline is supposedly on 18th or 19th.

Only 3 minor revisions per item are allowed after the preview has been sent, including:
➊ Retext, client put the wrong text, typo, changing the wording
➋ Replace, client asks to change shapes, elements, or pictures
➌ Readjust, client asks to change one color to compare between two designs

Any major revision will be charged IDR10,000 per design, including:
➊ Alternating the entire color palette
➋ Changing text style for typography
➌ Changing our existing illustration

The price listed in the catalog is the base price. Prices may increase based on the difficulty and complexity of the design.

Deposit is made after we seal the deal, IDR10,000 per item.

Payment is accepted via QRIS only.

Please always confirm the payment; we always create a new invoice for every payment.

Discount applies for purchase above IDR75,000, only on:
➊ Singular items (not package)
➋ Combination of items (not singular item purchase)
Example:
· You pay for 2 poster + 2 pin button, you get the discount
· You pay for 1 photobooth pack + 2 pin buttons + 2 keychains, rough total equals IDR180,000; you get the discount since the items outside the package passed the minimum amount
· You pay for one custom commission which price is IDR80,000, you don’t get the discount

We do not accept refunds after the work is in progress and the preview has been sent.

A loyalty card is available! Please always send it back before asking for an invoice, so we may update it. ^{Effective as of Sep 2026.}

The loyalty card may only be used to repeat the order using the same account whose username is written on the card.
